What is the difference between the classroom and school package?

Classroom package is good for single classrooms with the teacher serving as the contact.

It also comes with 1 entry to win a Live Q&A with a cast member via zoom. 

School package is good for multiple classrooms with a specific educator staff as the contact. 

It also comes with a guaranteed Live Q&A with a cast member via zoom.

What is the cost to participate? 

Classroom Package is $200

School Package is $1000

 

When are the due dates for the payment and order form? 

Order form is due - Nov. 1st 

Payment is due - Dec 1st

 

How long is the school program’s streamed performance?

The performance will be approximately 40 mins with 1 intermission. 

 

How do I send payment? 

Once your order form is received, you will be emailed an invoice requesting payment from info@blackdiamondballet.org. 

 

What forms of payment are accepted?

Credit cards made payable through the square invoice that will be emailed.

What is included in the educational component?

The Education Guide will be shared with educators as a digital download. It will include: 

• Nutcracker background information sheets 

• 4 Lesson Plans

• Adjustable to grade level

• Meets CA State Standards​

• Printable Nutcracker activities

 

How do I get access to the performances?

A link with a password will be emailed to participating classrooms and schools by Tuesday, Dec. 7th

 

How long is the link available? 

Wednesday, Dec. 8th through Friday, Dec. 10th 

 

Who gets a Live Q&A? 

Those who order School Packages come with 1 guaranteed Live Q&A session. It is up to the discretion of the school contact how that will be organized. 

Those who order Classroom Packages are entered to win a Live Q&A session with a cast member. The winner will be notified via email to schedule their Q&A session.

 

When are Live Q&A sessions and how long are they?

Sessions will be approximately 15 mins with a cast member.

They will be scheduled Monday, Dec. 13th -Friday, Dec. 17th
